Wisdom on Wednesday seminars are designed for Real Estate Agents to get world class education on all aspects of being a successful real estate agent. A successful real estate practice consists of learning how to manage and improve three areas of the business: Prospecting, Building a Team, Managing the Money.
Prospecting consists of all the systems and structures that must be put into place for sales, marketing, lead generation and lead management. We have different seminars that cover each topic in detail with easily implementable action items so that this area of your business consistently gets better. The goal is to spend 80% of your time on the 20% of your tasks that produce 80% of the revenue which is prospecting. If you want to make more money then you must increase your GREEN time.
Building a Team consists of learning how to hire, manage, and lead a team of real estate professionals. We will teach classes on who to hire, when to hire and how to hire as well as how to transform your business into a practice with clients versus customers much like a Doctor’s office. Learning to time block your calendar is one of the hardest tasks to learn and implement consistently but we will teach your an effective system to put all the pieces together. If you want to make more money in your real estate business then you must have better time management and better structure than you do now.
Managing the Money is one of the most overlooked areas of building a successful real estate practice. The skills taught in the Realtor Success Seminars will help you run a Profit & Loss each month on your business as well as a personal family budget so that you can track your debt, savings and net worth. You should also be using a PayLog to track your commission for the month and year to date to measure if you are on track for your goals.
